Fuda Biotech Protease FB-P7 is a proteolytic enzyme prepared using improved rice koji enzyme through liquid deep fermentation and advanced post extraction technology.

Recommended dosage
The recommended dosage for saccharification is 50-200g/ton of malt, and the optimal dosage is determined based on customer experiments. After the feeding of Fuda Biotech protease FB-P7 is completed, dissolve the preparation with 40-60C saccharification water and mix it into the saccharification tank.
Storage
The product should be sealed and stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, avoiding high temperatures or direct sunlight, preventing exposure to sunlight and rain, and prohibiting mixed transportation and storage with toxic and harmful substances.
Shelf life
Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life of solid enzyme preparations is 12 months and that of liquid enzymes is 6 months.
Matters needing attention
1. After opening the bag or barrel each time, if it is not fully used, the bag mouth should be tightly tied or the barrel lid should be tightened to avoid moisture or contamination.
2. For individuals sensitive to enzyme dust, inhaling enzyme dust may cause allergic reactions. Therefore, it is recommended that when using solid enzyme preparations, operators should wear work clothes, dust masks, and gloves. Do not let the powder of this product splash into the eyes, mouth, or nose. If in contact, please rinse immediately with water.
