Instructions for use
★ Beer production: The enzyme dosage is added at a rate of 0.15kg/t (dry matter), and the excipients are mixed evenly with water. They are added in one go and quickly heated at 95-97 ° C,
Keep it warm for about 30 minutes.
★ Alcohol production: The enzyme dosage is added at a rate of 0.15kg/t (dry matter), with a pH of 6.0-6.2. After stirring evenly, it is pumped into a cooking pot or continuous cooking heater at 100 ± 5 ° C, kept at a temperature of 100 minutes, cooled and saccharified.
★ Production of monosodium glutamate and starch sugar: Enzyme dosage is added at a rate of 0.3kg/t (dry matter), pH 6.0-6.2, with interval liquefaction. It can be quickly heated to 100 ± 5 ° C in a liquefaction tank and kept at a temperature of 30 minutes; Spray liquefaction, with a spray temperature of around 107-108 ° C and insulation at 95 ° C for 60-120 minutes.
★ Other industries: Generally, the enzyme dosage is controlled between 0.15 and 0.2kg/t (dry matter), and the calcium ion concentration is 50-70ppm.
Storage&Stability
Store at low temperature and avoid direct sunlight. Under storage conditions of 4-10 ° C, the shelf life shall not be less than 12 months.
